What is your shipping policy?
We do our best to ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours, usually via UPS. We will contact you with actual shipping charges which will be added to the total calculated here at the store.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal for your convenience.
What if I don't see a product I want on your website?
Just ask - we are always expanding our inventory! And in most cases, if we don't have a product, chances are we can get it for you. Simply drop us an email or give us a call at (215) 362-0113.
What is your sales tax policy?
Orders shipped to Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax in accordance with state law.
What is your returns policy?
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. The returned items must be sent back within 30 days of the date of your order. All products must be unused and in their original packaging. A copy of your invoice must be included with the returned merchandise along with the reason for the return. A 15% restocking fee may be added.
